Rustier, Rolling Ball Sculpture, follows its brother, Rusty, and is a bit larger and a bit more complex, with linkage and balance weights. Rustier will never rust, as it's made from stainless steel, but with the unpolished welds and weathered wooden base, it looks like it may have been left out in the elements and makes one think of rust.
The balls fall through one of three pathways and trigger the next ball to fall once they reach the bottom.

This piece is fun, mesmerizing, intriguing, somewhat complex, and looks both rough and refined at the same time.
